Does Wiley Home Phone work with satellite internet services like Starlink & Cellular based WiFi like Verizon Fios?

Yes!

The only requirement is that you have access to an Ethernet port on your home internet router.

Starlink If you use Starlink but don't have the Ethernet add-on component you'll need to buy one. It costs about $20 and you can get one off Amazon or direct from Starlink.
